Roseville, CA - Fountains at Roseville will welcome back Sip, Savor & Stroll on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This 21+ tasting event invites guests to enjoy an evening of curated small bites, handcrafted drinks, and live music while supporting a meaningful local cause.
 
Sip, Savor & Stroll gives guests the opportunity to explore Fountains at Roseville’s dining destinations in one evening. After checking in near Guest Services, attendees receive a wristband and tasting pass before making their way to participating restaurant patios throughout the center. Each stop will feature menu selections crafted for the event, offering a signature tasting from every participating restaurant. Live music throughout the open-air center adds to the atmosphere, creating a relaxed and inviting setting for a memorable night out. Participating restaurants include Boudin SF, Dave & Buster's, House of Oliver, Miabella Gelato, Peet's Coffee, Pressed Juicery, Rose Park Bistro, Salt & Straw, Telefèric Barcelona, and Zócalo, offering guests a wide range of flavors from casual favorites to elevated dining experiences. 
 
Proceeds from the event will support the Me-One Foundation, a Roseville-based nonprofit that provides free restorative wellness retreats for adults facing cancer and their families. The organization’s mission is to create space for rest, connection, and renewal during a challenging time, offering participants an opportunity to focus on well-being and community. Supporting The Me-One Foundation reflects Fountains at Roseville’s continued commitment to partnering with local organizations that make a meaningful impact.
 
Last year’s Sip, Savor & Stroll sold out, welcoming 200 guests for an evening of food, music, and community. The event received enthusiastic feedback from both attendees and participating restaurants.
