Fountains at Roseville reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event hosted or presented at its shopping center without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. Fountains at Roseville may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Fountains at Roseville, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc.

 

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

 

Persons attending a Fountains at Roseville event who do not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should make their wishes known to the photographer, Fountains at Roseville personnel, and/or by contacting Fountains at Roseville at [email protected], in writing of their intentions and include information about the relevant event as well as identifying information so that the applicable image may be identified. In this instance, Fountains at Roseville will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.
