Jack’s Urban Eats, a popular “California-style cafeteria” local restaurant chain is scheduled to open its seventh Sacramento-area location in Fountains at Roseville, late summer or early fall of 2012.

The menu will be consistent with other Jack’s Urban Eats locations but there may be some local or seasonal surprises, according to the group’s Managing General Partner Trevor Sanders. “Consistency and high-quality ingredients are a given. Since this is a flagship location, you may see a few twists for the Roseville crowd”. Sanders added, “We are very much looking forward to becoming a part of Fountains’ restaurant family. Fountains at Roseville have become the new “downtown” gathering place of Roseville. That’s why it’s such a good fit for us; because we believe in locating restaurants in the center of a community.”
